BCLC offers full-time and part-time preschool with extended childcare in the afternoons Monday through Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM for ages 6 weeks until kindergarten. Please call 843-651-2930 for more detailed information about the program.

A part-time Growing-Tots program for toddlers and a Steppin' Up Three's program for three-year olds is offered certain days of the week  Please call 843-651-2933 for more detailed information about these programs.

A waiting list for each classroom is maintained when there are more requests than vacancies. The list includes the  name of the person to contact, the name and age of the child, the date requested and the telephone number of the person to contact. A note is also made as to whether the family is a member of Belin Memorial United Methodist Church. This membership is not a required for enrollment of the child; however, if an opening occurs, and two families have a child on the waiting list, a Belin member will have preference over a non-member. A parent with a child already enrolled at BCLC will have preference in enrolling a second child.
