1. All work must be ORIGINAL. An item must be attributable solely to the displaying artist or craft person. We reserve the right to remove any exhibit if it does not reflect our standards. We reserve the right to limit the number and type of entries.
2. Our spaces are approximately 12 feet by 12 feet at a cost of $40.00. Let us know ahead of time if you are coming alone so that we may help you unload your merchandise. There will be volunteers to assist you unload, park & drive you back on our golf cars. You may set up your canopy, table & chairs the night before.
3. Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting sales tax of six (6) percent on all sales. South Carolina Retail Tax License is required by South Carolina law.
4. Applications must be received by April 28, 2008. Include a check or money order made payable to: Belin Memorial United Methodist Church. Include pictures of your exhibit (unless you have pictures on file) and a self-addressed stamped envelope for your acceptance letter. Sorry, we do not provide tables or electricity.
5. This event will not be canceled or postponed in case of inclement weather-no refunds on the day of the event-refunds will only be made if requested before April 18^th, 2008. If an executive decision is made on Friday, May 2^th to hold this event inside, there will be at least 20 spaces available. These will be assigned in the order that the applications are received.
6. Hours for exhibit will be from 9 am – 4 pm. Exhibitors must be set up by 8:30 am because Hwy. 17 will close at this time. You must maintain a display for the entire day. Please do not break down your exhibit before 4 pm. BUMC is not responsible for any loss or injury to the exhibitor, their associates or their goods. No alcohol on premises.
