Congregational Neighborhood Walk & Community Bus Ride
Beyond Our Walls. Into Our Community.
Saturday, September 26 • 10:00 AM
Belin Memorial is part of a vibrant and diverse community—and there is so much we can learn when we take the time to truly see it.
Join us for a special Congregational Neighborhood Walk & Community Bus Ride as we step beyond our church campus to explore the neighborhoods surrounding Belin Memorial and get to know our community in a new way.
We’ll gather at 10:00 AM and then divide into small groups. Those who are able will walk through the surrounding neighborhoods, while a bus will be available for those who are unable to walk.
As we go, we’ll pay attention to the people, places and circumstances around us—considering what we may have overlooked and what our observations might reveal about the needs, strengths and opportunities within our community.
When we return, we’ll come together to share what we saw, what surprised us and what we learned. This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about opening our eyes, listening well, and discovering how God may be calling Belin to serve the community around us.
Join us for this opportunity to see Murrells Inlet from a different perspective—and to begin imagining what’s possible when we better understand the community we call home.
