Many take pride in knowing our family trees—tracing our roots across generations and continents. But how often do we take time to explore the roots of our faith?
This spring, we invite you to look deeper into our spiritual ancestry with a new class: Heritage: Discovering and Understanding Our Roots as Methodists. This enriching six-week class will run from April 22 through May 27, meeting on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 7:30 PM.
Rev. Wayne Sayre and Charlie Turner will lead this course. It will journey through the historical context, beliefs, practices, theology, and church governance that have shaped Methodism—and how it has uniquely formed Belin Memorial UMC over the past 100 years.
Whether you’re new to the Methodist tradition or have been a lifelong member, this class offers a powerful opportunity to deepen your understanding and connection to your faith.
